Personal data transfer: outside of the European Economic Area

We will only transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area if:

• the individual has asked us to;
• the European Commission has determined that the country, territory, and/or organization that is receiving the data ensures an adequate level of protection;

Personal data administration

The processing of an individual’s data will be done following the General Data Protection Regulation and any other legislation relevant to data protection in the EU. Access to personal data will be limited to authorized individuals on a strictly need-to-know basis. ELC s.r.o. is committed to keeping data safe and secure and will ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect it from unauthorized or unlawful processing.

Personal data sharing

To provide our services to clients and for legitimate business purposes, we may share personal data:

• where we have permission to do so;
• to third-party service providers, e.g., website host, auditors, lawyers, etc.;
• to give individuals and/or clients the service they have requested e.g., to use specialist companies to provide additional services or advice;
• for regulatory or legal purposes or to protect the rights of  ELC s.r.o. our clients or other parties; and
• to respond to the court, law enforcement, regulatory, and other public and government authorities' requests.
